At CFI, we’re proud to highlight the outstanding contributions of our team members, and this month we’re shining the spotlight on Freddy Mendoza, one of our dedicated employees who brings passion and drive to his role every day.

Freddy joined the CFI family in March 2014, bringing valuable experience from his previous role at Able Freight Services. Since then, he has become an integral part of our team, showcasing his expertise and dedication to excellence. With prior experience in logistics and transportation, Freddy hit the ground running when he joined CFI. His knowledge and skills have been instrumental in navigating the fast-paced world of perishables forwarding.

For Freddy, a typical day at CFI is all about racing against the clock. In a dynamic industry where time is of the essence, Freddy thrives under pressure, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. What motivates Freddy the most is the satisfaction of knowing that, at the end of his shift, the team has successfully accomplished their goals. This sense of achievement drives Freddy to give his best each day, making him a valuable asset to our team.

To young professionals just starting out in their careers, Freddy offers sage advice: “Learn as much as you can. It will benefit you in the long run.” He understands the importance of continuous learning and growth and encourages others to embrace development opportunities.

Freddy enjoys working on classic cars as a hobby outside of work. It’s a passion that allows him to unwind and indulge in his love for automotive craftsmanship, and he finds joy in spending quality time with friends and family.

Freddy Mendoza exemplifies the values of dedication, expertise, and passion that define CFI. We’re grateful to have him as part of our team, and we look forward to many more years of success and collaboration together.
