With no prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation, Gerardo embraced the challenge and quickly became an integral part of the team.

From loading and unloading semi-trucks to separating produce and re-icing to shipments, his role is vital in ensuring the smooth flow of cargo through the warehouse. Gerardo also steps in to help clean the warehouse and coolers whenever needed, showcasing his commitment to maintaining a well-organized and efficient workspace.
In his time at CFI, Gerardo spurred improvements in organizing throughout the warehouse. He values the job itself and especially appreciates how everyone collaborates and supports each other. “The best part of my job is how everyone works together when needed,” he shares.
