Erika’s typical day at CFI is filled with various tasks to ensure seamless logistics operations. Her mornings start with checking and responding to emails from the previous day, prioritizing urgent matters to provide timely resolutions. She then ensures all shipments from the previous night have departed as scheduled. Erika also handles customer requests, such as making bookings for domestic or export shipments and arranging pickups from the airport. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach help maintain the high standards CFI is known for.

Most importantly, Erika cherishes her role as a first-time mom to her 2-year-old son, navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood.
