• May include weekends and holidays depending on business needs

Your Role:

• Prioritize inbound/outbound cargo flow for smooth operations
• Minimize claims through proactive problem-solving
• Coordinate shifts to boost productivity and cooler efficiency
• Ensure work meets quality standards with minimal damage
• Complete reports and records accurately and on time
• Comply with all freight forwarding regulations (TSA, USDA, FDA, etc.)
• Respond to department requests promptly and precisely
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and food safety standards
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Meet all air freight and trucking cut-off times
• Drive routes or support warehouse operations as needed
• Handle pickups and deliveries
• Load/unload trucks and trailers
• Perform pre-trip vehicle checks
• Pull and stage orders
• Screen freight via X-ray and assist canine inspections
• Receive and log incoming shipments

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• 1-2 years of forklift experience
• 2 years supervisor experience
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Able to stand on your feet for an 8–10-hour shift.
• Able to complete freight forwarding forms and documents.
• Alaska resident
• Certified forklift operator
• Experienced driving 26-ft box trucks
• Clean driving record (no SR-22 or DUI)
• Strong background in warehouse operations

Work environment is fast paced; multi-tasking and handling high-pressure situations is preferred. Business depending on the season – weekend and holiday coverage may be required.
