We are currently hiring a full-time Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our department. This non-exempt position offers an hourly rate starting at $21/hr. Location: Maui, HI

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 8 AM – 4:30 PM

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse activities to insure the smooth flow of cargo.
• Prioritize the flow of inbound and outbound cargo in the warehouse to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction.
• Take a proactive approach at all times to minimize potential claims and maximize customer and vendor satisfaction.
• Promote a work environment where shifts work in conjunction to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Make sure you approach each file and customer as an opportunity to exceed expectations and build customer confidence.
• Make sure all work completed meets Commodity Forwarders quality standards and keep claims and damage to a minimum
• Make sure all necessary reports and records are complete, timely, and accurate.
• Communicate with warehouse supervisors as to your position and status during the transportation cycle to allow for better

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass TSA background check.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1 year of driving experience Class C vehicles.
• Capable of loading and unloading freight from cargo vehicles and shipping containers.
• Proficiency in using forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks to move freight.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more to stack, load, sort, and shrink-wrap palletized freight.
• Able to multi task
