A Fortuitous Referral
Raidy Henrik joined CFI in July 2012, marking the beginning of a remarkable 12-year journey. Referred by a close friend, Maria, Raidy embarked on her career at CFI with a foundation in warehousing and logistics from her previous role at Erica Lyons Inc., a jewelry importing company. Little did she know that this referral would lead to a fulfilling career with CFI.
A Day in the Life
Raidy’s day typically starts around 7:50 AM. She dives straight into her tasks, checking emails and collaborating with her colleague, Juliana, on the day’s inbound shipments. Her day is a whirlwind of activity, from answering emails and processing orders to coordinating with drivers and resolving issues. Her multitasking abilities and attention to detail ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Evolution of CFI
Over the years, Raidy has witnessed significant changes at CFI. Notably, she was the first woman in the Miami station, and today, the office boasts a team of nine women. The operations have become more organized and efficient, reflecting CFI’s commitment to continuous improvement.
The Joy of Problem Solving
For Raidy, the best part of her job is solving problems and providing excellent customer service. She thrives on finding solutions to any issues that arise and takes pride in building strong relationships with long-time customers. Her natural problem-solving skills and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Raidy wishes everyone understood the level of patience, attention to detail, and multitasking required in her role. Her advice for those seeking longevity at CFI is to learn continuously, understand customer needs, and embrace the learning process, even from mistakes. Consistency, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and staying true to one’s standards are her keys to a successful career.

Beyond Work
Outside of work, Raidy’s life is filled with love and activity. She has three children—Shannon, Giovanni, and Jonathan—who have grown up during her time at CFI. Her youngest is now 17, and her family also includes Milo, her beloved dog. Raidy married husband Alexis three years ago and gained another daughter, Cecilia. Raidy loves music, dancing, and traveling, passions that keep her vibrant and energetic. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Raidy moved to the United States at 14 years old with her parents and siblings, bringing with her a rich cultural heritage that she cherishes.
