Commodity Forwarders is hiring a Full-Time Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker at its Maui branch, starting at $21/hour. This role blends driving and warehouse duties, including loading/unloading freight, operating equipment, and working in cold storage. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of Class C experience, be able to lift 50+ lbs, and pass a TSA background check.

Location: Maui, HI

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 8 AM – 4:30 PM

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform daily warehouse tasks to ensure efficient cargo movement
• Prioritize shipments to minimize delays and reduce claims
• Communicate clearly across shifts and with clients
• Maintain high quality standards and accurate records
• Keep supervisors updated throughout the transport process

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass TSA background check
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of Class C driving experience
• Skilled in loading/unloading freight and operating forklifts and pallet jacks (manual/electric)
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing tasks such as stacking, sorting, and shrink-wrapping
• Strong multitasking abilities and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Cold Storage Environment:

• Freezers at 0–15 degrees.
• Coolers at 28–39 degrees.
• Loading docks at 40–55 degrees.
