Location: Hilo, HI

Your Role:

• Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound cargo operations to ensure streamlined workflow, timely processing, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure all reports and records are accurate and completed on time.
• Uphold a safe and secure work environment.
• Follow all government laws and regulations related to freight forwarding at both origin and destination.

Communication & Documentation

• Keep warehouse supervisors informed throughout the transportation cycle.
• Accurately read and complete manifests, including outbound consolidation forms.

Delivery & Professionalism

• Complete all scheduled deliveries and pick-ups in a timely manner.
• Maintain professionalism during extended wait times at airlines and customer sites.
• Maintain company quality standards while minimizing claims and damages.

Requirements:

• 1 year driving and warehouse experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean DMV abstract
• Medical card
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to drive box truck vehicles with exhaust brakes, and operate safely.
• Able to stand on your feet for 8 – 10 hrs a day.
• Computer and system navigation experience is preferred
