Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday from 10am – 6:30 set schedule (SEPTEMBER / OCTOBER / NOVEMBER )

Sunday – Thursday from 12:00 – 8:30 rest of the year

Responsibilities:

+ Processing international export documents

+ Inventory management

+ Booking air space with airlines

+ Communicating status of booking with Customers

+ Tracking/Tracing

+ Communicating with Warehouse

Minimum Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree Preferred)

+ Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check

+ Two years in an office environment as a customer service agent or administrative position

+ Proven computer skills including previous database experience

+ Strong oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to work independently
