Salary: $24-28
Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:00 AM -4:30 PM
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient cargo movement
- by managing transportation from origin to destination in line with customer instructions and booking procedures.
- Prioritize workflow to consistently meet customer and vendor satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customs brokers to secure timely release documentation and support warehouse productivity.
- Process carrier claims promptly and accurately to resolve issues efficiently.
- Verify on-boards and communicate updates to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in vendors and customers at the dock office with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support departmental goals by completing accounting tasks and processing billing accurately and on time.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English, both over the phone and in person, with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred.
