This non-exempt position offers a competitive hourly wage range of $24-28, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, supportive team. Salary: $24-28

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:00 AM -4:30 PM

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient cargo movement
  • by managing transportation from origin to destination in line with customer instructions and booking procedures.
  • Prioritize workflow to consistently meet customer and vendor satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers to secure timely release documentation and support warehouse productivity.
  • Process carrier claims promptly and accurately to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Verify on-boards and communicate updates to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check in vendors and customers at the dock office with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Support departmental goals by completing accounting tasks and processing billing accurately and on time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English, both over the phone and in person, with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred.
